- 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 handful of spinach
- 10 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 sprig of mint
Prep the Fruit: Cut the pineapple and pears into small pieces, removing the cores and seeds. Wash the Greens:Rinse the spinach, strawberries, and mint leaves, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Blend:Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree at high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve and Enjoy:Pour the smoothie into a jar or glass and enjoy immediately.
