Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup natural creamy peanut butter (180 g - unsalted(
  • ¾ cup coconut flour (75 g)
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut (70 g)
  • ¼ cup honey or sugar-free maple syrup (60 ml)
  • 2 tablespoon coconut milk or any plant milk
  • Shredded coconut for rolling (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the Ingredients: 
    In a medium bowl, add the peanut butter, coconut flour, desiccated coconut, and sweetener. Mix until the dough is thick and slightly crumbly. For a smoother consistency, you can use a food processor.
  • Form the Balls:
    Roll the dough between your hands to create small, bite-sized balls. For even sizes, use a small cookie scoop.
  • Coat in Coconut: 
    Roll each ball in shredded coconut until fully coated. This step is optional, but it adds a delicious extra layer of flavour and texture.
  • Serve and Store: 
    Enjoy the balls right away, or store them for later.
