Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • tablespoon tablespoons flaxseed (linseed)
  • tablespoon tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon sugar-free maple syrup, honey or maple syrup for paleo option
  • cup unsweetened coconut milk (or milk of choice)

Topping Options

  • Strawberries
  • Cocoa powder
  • Mint leaves
  • Coconut cream for swirl 
  • Or your favourite toppings (nuts, fruits, granola etc.)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chia Pudding:
    Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar or a bowl. Stir or shake until well combined.
  • Chill the Pudding:
    Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight, allowing the mixture to swell and thicken.
  • 3. Serve:
    Stir the pudding and transfer it to a bowl or cup. If the mixture is too solid, add a little extra coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.Sprinkle with cocoa powder, add fresh strawberries and mint leaves on top, and decorate with a spoonful of coconut cream or your favourite toppings.
