Important Health Note:

Swiss chard is naturally high in vitamin K, so people taking warfarin or other vitamin-K-sensitive anticoagulant medication should keep their vitamin K intake consistent and speak with their healthcare professional before making significant changes to their intake of leafy greens. Swiss chard is also naturally high in oxalates, which may be relevant for people who have been advised to follow a low-oxalate diet, including some individuals with a history of certain kidney stones. People with kidney disease or those who have been advised to limit potassium should also consult their healthcare professional, as this juice contains potassium-rich vegetables.
Cold-Pressed for Freshness: If prepared in a cold-press slow juicer, the juice is extracted with minimal heat. However, juicing is not nutritionally identical to eating the vegetables whole because much of the fiber remains in the discarded pulp.
