It’s packed with protein, fibre, and natural sweetness from nuts, seeds, fruits, honey, and coconut oil. It’s also customisable, so you can use your favourite ingredients or whatever you have on hand. Enjoy it with yoghurt, milk, smoothies, or as a snack on its own. It’s perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a treat!
