1 tablespoon(15ml) Honey or maple syrup (for vegan)
1½cup(3600ml) Unsweetened full fat coconut milk (or milk of choice)
Optional Toppings:
1tablespoon(5g) Cacao powder
2tablespoon(30ml) hot nut milk or boiling water
2tablespoon(10g) Shredded coconut
1tablespoon(10g) Dark chocolate chips
or Your Favorite toppings (fruits, nuts, seeds, etc.)
Instructions
Blend the Base:In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth
Mix in the Seeds:Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds and flax seeds until thoroughly combined
Chill:Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to allow the chia and flax seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken to a pudding-like consistency.
Adjust Consistency (if needed):If the mixture is too thick, stir in a little extra coconut milk to reach your desired consistency
Serve in a Bowl or Glass:Spoon the chia pudding into serving bowls or pudding glasses for a lovely presentation.
