Ingredients

  • ½ Banana, peeled
  • 10 Medium strawberries (approximately 150g)
  • 2 tablespoon (20g) Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon (15g) Flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey or maple syrup (for vegan)
  • cup (3600ml) Unsweetened full fat coconut milk (or milk of choice)

Optional Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon (5g) Cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoon (30ml) hot nut milk or boiling water
  • 2 tablespoon (10g) Shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon (10g) Dark chocolate chips
  • or Your Favorite toppings (fruits, nuts, seeds, etc.)

Instructions

  • Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine the banana, strawberries, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth
  • Mix in the Seeds:
Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds and flax seeds until thoroughly combined
  • Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to allow the chia and flax seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken to a pudding-like consistency.
  • Adjust Consistency (if needed):
If the mixture is too thick, stir in a little extra coconut milk to reach your desired consistency
  • Serve in a Bowl or Glass:
Spoon the chia pudding into serving bowls or pudding glasses for a lovely presentation.
  • Add the Toppings:
Mix cacao powder with hot nut milk or boiling water.
Drizzle the cacao mixture in stripes over the chia pudding. Use a skewer or toothpick to swirl the drizzle decoratively across the surface.
