You won’t taste the cauliflower, but it adds a creamy texture and a boost of nutrition. With warming spices like cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric, this smoothie is as tasty as it is healthy. Perfect for a morning boost or a refreshing snack!

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups (about 200g) frozen cauliflower (about 12 medium-sized florets)
  • 1 apple, skin off, cored, and chopped
  • ¼ cup (60g) full Greek yogurt  (or almond yogurt for vegan & paleo option)
  • cups (375ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 15 g fresh ginger (adjust to taste depending on how spicy you like it)

Spices

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • teaspoon teaspoon black pepper

Glass Swirls (Optional)

  • 1-2 tablespoon honey or sugar-free maple syrup for keto and maple syrup for vegan

Instructions
 

  • Add Ingredients to Blender
    Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth
    Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the ingredients slightly to suit your preferred texture or flavour.
  • Swirl in Sweetness (Optional)
    Add honey or syrup to each glass and swirl with a handheld coffee frother for a sweet, decorative touch.
