Ingredients
  

  • 220 g Red/purple cabbage
  • 300 g Pear (about 2 small)
  • 600 g Lebanese cucumber (about 3 medium)
  • 50 g black grapes (about 10 grapes)
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients:
     Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Chop the cabbage, pear, and cucumber into pieces suitable for your juicer. Remove the grapes from their stems.
  • Juice: 
    Run all of the prepared ingredients through your juicer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Serve: 
    Pour the freshly prepared Anti-Inflammatory Purple Elixir into glasses.
