How to Make Healthy Dubai Chocolate Bars at Home
Making your own Healthy Dubai Chocolate Bars at home is easier than you think. With just a handful of wholesome ingredients and simple steps, you can create glossy, crisp, and creamy bars that taste indulgent while staying completely refined sugar free.

Begin by preparing the chocolate shell. Decorate the molds with melted white chocolate, a touch of green chocolate, and either rose petals or raspberry powder. This little detail not only makes the bars look stunning but also adds flavour and a boutique-style finish.

Toast the shredded coconut until golden to bring out a nutty aroma and gentle crunch. The coconut is what gives these bars their light crispiness in place of kunafa, keeping them low carb and healthier while still satisfying.

Warm the pistachio butter, tahini, honey or maple syrup, and rose water until smooth and creamy. Stir this mixture into the toasted coconut to create a rich pistachio-tahini filling that balances nutty, sweet, and floral notes.

To assemble, pour a layer of melted dark chocolate into the mold, add the pistachio-coconut mixture, then cover with more dark chocolate. After a short chill, the bars set into a glossy block you can slice into pieces and enjoy.
